Paleo Cajun Power Bowl

Protein (Paleo)
Seasoned Pulled Pork Tender, fall-apart pork seasoned with Cajun spices, garlic, onion, and smoked paprika.
Vegetable Mix
Bayou Mix
Sautéed mirepoix (onion, celery, carrot)
Diced green bell peppers
Corn (optional for Paleo — omit if strict)
Garlic
If you want strict Paleo, swap corn for extra bell pepper or okra.
Broth
Cajun Broth — “A smoky, peppery Louisiana hug.”
12–14 oz of your Cajun Global Broth
Notes: smoky paprika, cayenne, garlic, onion, thyme, bay, black pepper, and that signature Soup Angels Cajun seasoning warmth.
Optional Paleo Boosters
Fresh herbs: parsley, scallions, thyme
Hemp seeds (Paleo-friendly, great texture)
Spiralized zucchini or sautéed okra for extra veg
A squeeze of lemon for brightness
Assembly Instructions
1. Heat the Base
Warm 1 cup of Bayou Mix in a skillet until the peppers and aromatics become fragrant and glossy. If skipping corn for Paleo, add a handful of okra or extra peppers here.
2. Add the Protein
Fold in 4–6 oz of seasoned pulled pork. Let it sizzle for 1–2 minutes so the edges caramelize slightly — that browning is flavor gold.
3. Pour the Cajun Broth
Add 12–14 oz of hot Cajun broth. Let everything simmer together for 3–5 minutes so the pork and veg drink in the smoky, peppery heat.
4. Finish with Freshness
Top with:
Chopped parsley or scallions
A sprinkle of hemp seeds
A squeeze of lemon
Optional: a few slices of fresh jalapeño if you want extra fire
