As the November chill settles in, join Chef Irvin for a comforting five-course journey through the hearty flavors of the UK and Ireland. This intimate dinner celebrates rustic warmth, rich tradition, and the joy of sharing good food and wine.

🍽️ The Menu

First Course 🥧 Shepherd’s Pie Tartlet A savory bite of tradition—tender lamb and vegetables tucked into a buttery crust. Suggested Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir – earthy and light, perfect with lamb.

Second Course 🥣 Leek & Potato Soup Creamy, soothing, and soul-warming—served with a touch of chive oil. Suggested Wine Pairing: Unoaked Chardonnay – crisp enough to balance the richness.
